I've never understood how any offer can be "insulting." How can you take that personally? It can be a waste of time etc... but I have seen people who actually get mad at what they consider to be low ball insults. They're wasting my time and that's what pisses me off. I can't get my time back and I'm not interested in dealing with people who can't even afford to buy it in the first place.
