If you look between Babe's shoulder and name at the top, you will see what looks like a faint smudge. In hand, that is what it appears to be. I cannot tell if it was a printing issue or happened later. It looks like a light smudge of some sort in that area. No opinion on what it would grade, but to me it looks like there might have been writing that was erased. You see a lot of Goudey cards with erased writing, usually numbers, on the front. This one appears that way too, but just more skillfully removed. At an angle do you see any depression in the paper?
Real nice looking card, by the way.
