They are encapsulating the cards on site? I thought it was a raw card review with an option to submit the cards for holdering.
Am I mistaken?
I also thought there was no minimum.
BTW, I love Southbay Cards. Always a good selection and I can usually find something to add to my collection. They're great guys.
