If you are on a computer, click the "Post Reply" at the bottom of the thread and you will come up in another window that you can type text into. At the top center of that box, is a symbol that looks like a paper clip. Click on that and it will open another box that says "Manage Attachments". In that box you can pick "Choose File". When you click that it will let you pick a file off of your computer to upload. You can chose a file and then click "upload". After a few seconds it will tell you if it successfully uploaded. Then you can chose another file if you have multiple pictures to upload. Hope this helps.
