Offered here is a rarely seen and extremely desirable program honoring the late great Los Angeles Laker Elgin Baylor. It is entitled "An Evening with Elgin" Testimonial Dinner honoring All-time Basketball Great Elgin Baylor. It was a dinner held at the famous Los Angeles "Now Grove" Ambassador Hotel (the same Hotel that Bobby Kennedy was assassinated in) . This dinner was held June 11th 1972 after Baylor's last season when he was 37. I have never seen another one of these programs which is something I have had since 1972 as I attended the event. The program is in great shape with no creasing and just light toning to the yellow cover. The inside has great pictures, statistics, and interesting period advertising. A super cool item for the Elgin Baylor fan or basketball historian. This is the only copy I have ever seen for sale and cannot find anything similar on the internet.
