The collectors and dealers who continued to over pay for this card, rather then boycott it, are partially to blame too. Now, just for a low grade copy, you are looking at high threes. A somewhat decent copy will go for over a grand easy.
I don't see the bottom falling out either. Too much money has been paid out for those to take such a loss now.
This is just a 1952 Topps high number common. Should be in the $75 - $150 range.
Hoarder didn't go for the 1953 Topps card of Bartirome, interesting. I think that was all bullshit too.
