The National are gently crying our eyes out in our lonely man-caves, trying to find a reason to go on as we're confronted by the pictures of other members' incrediblly glorious pick-ups - Ruth, Mantle, Cobb, Robinson, Koufax, Paige, Mays, Aaron, Clemente, Kingman
- I think we need to raise our spirits by posting our own great finds.
I'll start. While moving some boxes containing 70's junk, I ran across this monstrous dust ball. This sucker would've made John Steinbeck blush!! Sure, there will be some who claim it's not a singular dust ball, as it's more of an amalgamation of smaller dust balls plus cat hair, but the contrarians (anti-dustites) will always be there spewing their dirt (pun intended). I won't let them win. I believe this dust ball is not only legitimate, but that it would receive a 9 from the foremost leader in dust professionalism,
