Agree 100%. There aren’t that many people out there who want to spend big bucks on a high grade t216 (issued from 1911-16), when you can easily get the same pose with a different back and a lower grade. The T216 posted has two rarities: (1) the back, and (2) the high grade. Two+ people bid on it at the end, it could go through the roof. Only one real bidder and it flops; not that $16k is a flop per se (it’s a ton of money for a card).

All that said, the comp posted is from November 2020. I suspect this card sells for well above (maybe $30k++) in today’s world
