I e-mailed Don Betz when I hadn't gotten a VCBC #29 2 weeks ago, and within a week, I got two, one sent regulasr mail (Sept. 27, he says), and one sent priority mail. I live in Berkeley, CA, which is the very pits for mail delivery. Betz e-mail: jaysports@eorls.net--or is it .
