John(z28jd)i say january 1st,2003.....first we send out ballots to all the regular contributors to the board,then we hold a press conference to announce the new inductees,then we have a hall of fame weekend,saturday meet and greet the cards,sunday the annual baseball card hallof fame game,and then monday the hall of fame induction ceremonies where we have speeches by the relatives of the players represented on the cards,unless gus suhr,billy rogell,ray hayworth,mel harder or al lopez are the ones inducted in because theyre the only ones still alive.
Or we could just do it whenever everyone else wants without all of the hoopla listed above
