In my experience this is my breakdown on availability:

Orange (most common)
Green
Blue
Red (least common)

NOTE: All 4 seem to be pretty evenly available. The difference between orange/red is small and in my opinion not enough to warrent any premium value just because of the color. I think the red backgrounds are seen slightly less often because most E98 collector's I've talked to like the red the most (myself included) and less willing to sell those.

An E98 in high grade with a red background is just a sight to behold. Especially when they are in SGC holders.
