I think Leon's idea could probably be accomplished by simply having a Hall of Fame Registry like PSA's on SGC's -- for me the fun part of the registry might be to see which cards of which Hall of Famers collectors have with the grade being secondary at best.

(After if its just a matter of competition I can get some 1980-something commemorative King Kelly that would outgrade Leon's Four Base Hits).

Really, what would be neat would be to see specimens of HOFers from all kinds of scarce (and often uncompletable) sets such as the Four Base Hits etc.
