runscott...and it didn't take much time. Scan manipulation is simple - some sellers obviously just change their settings to whiten borders and sharpen details, while others "airbrush" flaws away. I created my example because I collect old books and wanted a new cover for this one - the 1 1/2 hrs it took to "restore" the cover is well worth it to me.
