Todd (nolemmings) Has anyone ever dealt with Premier Grading Authority graded cards? Their holders look rather cheesy, but I occassionally see some of their cards that do not look trimmed, and can be had for a song. Anyone know who runs this outfit and any of the particulars? Any info appreciated.
