rob I know that there are be dozens of people complaining to Ebay about this sleazebag. What i find amazing are the prices that the guy is getting. For the lawyers: I know ebay has disclaimers and all, but with so many people complaining and with the blatant fakes being presented, can those disclaimers be thrown out, making ebay liable?
I got stuck with fakes once from ebay (1933 Sports Kings), but at least they were done better, I don't think the seller was trying to defraud me (Powerseller, and no Ruth, Cobb or Thorpe were being offered), and it was a comparatively small amount of money. A contrast to the crud on ebay now.
