John(z28jd)Im pretty sure that they are trying to say if you send them a card thats a reprint you have to tell them its a reprint.They dont do stuff like autheticating,they just grade the card.Maybe they should start a sister company that labels the card for them so they dont have to figure out what theyre grading because doing both is asking too much especially for a company thats growing as fast as them
