As for the "models", there are conventions where they set up shop and the whole convention is design for that type of stuff and is VERY much out of place at a card show. I saw this at a comic show and was really disturbed to see some dip-sh*t dad letting his 10-year old have his picture taken sitting on Miss Whatever-month's lap. The kid actually looked scared. Maybe he was afraid of silicone. That was truly a sad sight.
