CyclebackThat is a 1913 Napoleon Lajoie Game Card-- from a deck game (each card in the deck pictures Lajoie in the same pose). I may be mistaken, but I beleive the set was issued by Parker Brothers.
It's impossible to judge a card's value without knowing its condition. It's typically an under $100 card, and, like almost all decked/boxed game cards, easy to find in higher grade. In other words, don't equate a Nrmt-Mt 1913 National Game, Polo Grounds or Lajoie Game Card with its Nrmt-Mt T206 or T207 counterpart-- irrlevant to what a population count says.
