jay behrensI have to agree, customer service has been very good. When I submitted my address for the catalogue, I got an email asking if my address was correct the way I entered it. If you've never lived in the country, my address would look unusual, so I appreciate that they would even take the time to double check the info rahter than just print a label and mail the catalogue.
