dan mckeeNo, he listened to me, then listened to Bill Best of PSA who had nothing, except a few shots in the dark, then I completely countered, then the judge said I will look over the material and inform you by mail. The funny thing was when Bill said "this has never happened before" yet I had several other people who have had cards lost exactly the same way. The rceivers should be filmed, period! I am filmed buying a hot dog at 7-11, everything is filmed, bartenders, cashiers, what is the difference? These receivers are handling hundreds of thousands of dollars in cards and with NO accountability! Then he mentioned that the girl that opened my box was the most knowledgable about cards, well DAH! And the $6000 card is missing??? I would rather have had a card idiot, (like their graders) opening my box.
