I returned the bum Tinker via certified mail so I'd have a delivery receipt. They got it on 5/22/04, which they confirmed on the phone. As of today, however, I still don't have a refund. I called and was told that the person who processes it is out today and they will see to it that it is processed on Monday. WHAT ABOUT THE LAST 20 DAYS?????
