Given the short period of time for Peach's existence, I wonder if litigation brought down the company, either by Reach bringing a passing off action (the names being too similar and likely to confuse) or perhaps from Peach getting players to "endorse" a product when in fact the endorsements weren't obtained.

I suspect as more material gets digitized (google's plan to digitize everything), answers will emerge to questions such as this.
