You are looking across Broadway (running left (south) to right (north)) at 166th Street, at the main entrance of Hilltop Park, home of the Greater New York Base Ball Club of the American League.

Here is a shot I took in 2003 of the very same location. It's the entrance to the maternity area of Columbia Presbyterian Hospital, where my son Daniel had just been born.
