Brock G.Killer photo Keith. I'd say early 1880's. I dont know who on this board posted it but I remember reading someone's posting where they stated 'rings on the center of the bat- 1880's. Rings on the end- 1890's.' Easy way to date photos from this era and seems to pretty much always hold true. So that would put it in the 1880's and with a fingerless glove in the image, leads me to believe its early in the decade.
