davidcyclebackI knew what eBay and eBay bidders are like, so I half-expected to not receive a 5.0 rating for free shipping. We're talking eBay here-- a 5.0 rating makes too much sense.
The cognitive bias question is, if I charged $1 for shipping instead of $0 would I receive a higher rating. Buyers would be charged more, but the $1 might stand out more as a charge obviously lower than the postal rate.
