I see your point on the 17.5% but not on the other 10%. I don't know many consignors that pay the 10% and I know I have never paid it. I guess those that want to sell will have to be the judge because it all comes down to what you consider the "market rate" to be. The 17.5% won't mean much if that rate can't be agreed.
