Bill CornellPSA hedged their description probably because the same card had previously been slabbed by them (image below). The 2nd time they got it, they reversed their opinion.
Tom has developed an enormous conspiracy theory involving PSA, Joe Orlando, and several of the regular readers here over this card, which was deemed a fake by everyone who commented on it. He didn't like the opinions here the first time around, so he's come back for more.
