PASJDIt's interesting. A couple of years ago I bought a relatively expensive (for me anyway) card graded NM/MT 8 that on close inspection had a small crease. When I could not get restitution from the seller, I sent Joe Orlando an email, he wrote back saying to send the card to him, and he refunded my money promptly. I was very impressed. But when a similar thing happened to me about a month ago, several emails went unanswered.
