I attended a ton of shows in the late 80's early 90's and did a lot of crazy things while I was there. One time I got paid 500.00 to ask Denny McClain to sign his prison number under his name. After Denny signed the ball he laughted loudly and gave me a big hug. Several years later I was offered 1200.00 to do the same to Pete Rose, and let us just say I didn't get the 1200.00 or the hug. I did receive 500.00 for my effort, but I thought Pete was going to kill me. If a bat had been handy he probably would have. Was I rude? Yes, absolutely, but I have to admit it was fun...........
