I think it really depends on the judge. "Clubhouse" is fairly common terminology among vintage baseball collectors; as such, a judge might be more likely to rely on the testimony of an expert in this area.
In any case, ignorance of what the word "Clubhouse" means is no justification for an ambiguous or misleading auction.
