Judge DredI'd call it an overgrade. Without the paper loss the card is definitely better than a "6" (my opinion). I'm wondering if those "know nothing" graders are given the latitude to grade a card higher if the overall appearance of the card is better than the grade assigned (taking into consideration the flaw). If this is the case then someone at PSA needs to inform their graders that little paper pulls are a huge defect.
It sure is a pretty card otherwise.
