I believe the finest Wagner resides in the Hall of Fame, it is allegedly Ex-MT. I have never seen the card, however I believe it was Barry Halpers. There are supposedly 3 Ex/Ex+ examples one of which is the PSA 5 and two of which are owned by very serious collectors.
