Judge Dred (Fred)Time is Jason's best friend. The more time that passes the harder it will be to recoup. He's a pathological liar and in his own mind he probably owes you nothing because you've let him get away with stringing it out this long. No he doesn't owe me money but I've dealt with him in the past and I know his tactics. File a complaint with the RCMP and get him in hot water again, he deserves to do some prison time.
