Forget about price, value, someone else's mistake... it is wrong.
I once heard a fellow attorney explain the concept of "conflict of interest" this way, "if you can't explain to your client in one sentence why it is ok that you did what you did, then you probably shouldn't have done it."
You can't sell a card as one thing when you know it's something else.
