BTW, in case there is any question, persons against anyone lawsuits are way down, nationwide -- corporations againts corporations lawsuits are way up, nationwide. There is no lawsuit crisis, except the pretend one fomented by the evil corporate types, and those who stand to make money by being absolved of liability regardless of culpability. Fighting against the tyranny of the rich is what I do.
