JimBHey, "so what" if Osama Bin Laden and his buddies hate America. Gil, in case you did not realize it, 6 million Jews were murdered in our (or that of our parents or grandparents at a minimum) lifetimes for nothing other than being Jewish. And if you pick up a history book, you will realize that is not an isolated incident.
It is hard to believe that in 2006 people who presumably do not consider themselves anti-semitic or racist are arguing on the other side of this one. It just amplifies the point that these sorts of things still need to be brought out and to our attention.
