barrysloateIt's kind of a loaded question, since with the market rising at such a rapid pace, in theory anything that anybody ever sold would be a regrettable decision. I've been selling baseball cards for 25 years and I guess I would like them all back. The record price I thought I got in 1987 doesn't look so good today. I bought a low grade Wagner for $8250 in 1986 and auctioned it a year and a half later for 18K. I was ecstatic! Looking back, guess I gave it away. If the market was in a freefall, I doubt anyone would regret selling anything, since all could be bought back more cheaply. And don't think it's impossible that that day won't come.
