I have always considered R313s, R313As, and R314s to be cards.

These are items that were printed on photo paper, distributed as premiums, blank backs, no advertising, very lightweight stock, and oversized.

Are there people who do not consider R313s and R314s to be cards? This item, while larger, seems to fit a similar description to an R313 or R314, no?
