Quick question. How rare are the 46-47 Propagandas ? I know it falls out of the pre war realm...and I know that the word "rare" is a relative term...just a ball park (no pun intended) estimate. And how rare in comparison to other Cuban's from that same time period. I don't seem to come across a ton of them.?
