Does anyone know a person by the Ebay Handle "J Caruso" I've seen him bid on a lot of vintage cards and maybe someone here has dealt with him?

He won 2 of my auctions a week ago. I state that payment arrangements must be made within 3 days of Auction end, and he's not responding. He has good feedback. Hopefully someone can vouch for him OR get in touch with him for me?

It would be nice to get these sold!
