Perhaps not unexpectedly, I just received an email from a book dealer offering the following:

"Only 3000 copies of this autographed, limited and numbered edition were ever produced. This has become one of the biggest sellers of any Ford signed book since his passing last evening. Limited copies are available directly from www.[deleted].com and copies are discounted $100 each today only before they are offered at full price next week by one of the world's largest TV Shopping channels."

Somehow, a little bit of dignity seems to be lost with the timing of these sorts of messages.
