Why in the world would you open it? The card would be heavily stained and its provenance would quickly dissipate once removed from the pack and perhaps graded. You might be able to document the card's removal from the pack with photographs and affidavits but otherwise you'd probably be stuck with an SGC 20 common T206 card.
