The ole Ebay claim of we are "just a venue" is tiresome. Ebay just lost a class action suit and I believe this new bidding scheme was part there remedy to the suit... Obviously, Ebay didnt think this one through,, Or,, ARe we saying that quite possibly they did??? Interesting indeed.
I would vote for the latter.
