hey bob, i would have to agree that GW Bush is probably the oddest speaker the white house has ever had but i personally think he was trying to head off the "anti-gun" nuts that will soon petition to have the "right to bare arms" reversed. as in, "there is a right to bare arms so dont even try to go there people!"
