Traditionally, the Hall of Fame's moral character requirement has been quite lax, as long as it remains that way Orlando Cepeda actions are reprehensible but still above the standard.

Also, once enshrined, the HOF has never removed an individual. There's no reason why they should start doing that now. Remember it's a Hall of Fame, not a Hall of Goody Two-Shoes.
