Default Longest time between cards issued with same image on front

I am not sure I would use the analogy of the T231 set since so little is known about it. Cigarette packs did get wider in the 1920's (I believe, as before that they were a lot of slide shells) but I don't know if that has to do with why tobacco cards weren't put in them anymore. There were some international sets that continued using the tobacco venue to distribute cards into the 1930's.....(also Red Man comes to mind but I don't know why)....regards
