I think it's a good idea. Collectors have to start somewhere. Most collectors start as kids. Not everyone starts off their collecting with a Gehrig or Wagner card. it would be a way for the younger people to get involved, and to be able to use it as a learning tool, in their hopefully pre war future. I say cut it off around 1976 or so. Or maybe 69. Whatever, but not much later than that. I know it is blasphemy to say this publically in here, but there are some raritys beyond 1945 that people do collect, and are intersted in.
