Nothing wrong with 1 and 2's. Almost all my T cards fall in that category. Personally, I don't mind rounded corners so I look for that defect but then try to find a bright obverse. Paper loss on the back is OK with me too, although I also try to obtain a presentable example of each back. To each his own.
