Where: My place. More specifically, within 1/2 mile of a Starbucks. Actually, I live in West Seattle, for those who need to know. It's safe before noon, assuming it's sunny and you're indoors. For those out of towners, West Seattle is a hilly, outer district of Seattle on Puget Sound, that is a cross between a suburb and an independent town (it has its own small downtown). Residents include Eddie Vedder and Seattle's Mayor. Don't worry, the Norwegian rat problem you may have heard about in the news is is a thing of the past. Pretty much. Wear boots ... For those out of towners who might take my description seriously, only the West Seattle, like a suburb/town, notable residents and within 1/2 mile of Starbucks was true. Pretty much. ... Someone from New York told me West Seattle is the Brooklyn of Seattle. I've never been to Brooklyn so have no opinion on that assertion.

Why?: Informal, friendly meeting of Seattle area collectors.
