We resolve it by saying I own the card. The return privlege does not work for an auction house.

However consider this. If somehow evidence comes out that more cards have gotten by the slabbers than we think then collectors may lose faith in grading companies and buy fewer cards via auction and more directly from dealers. Not saying this will happen--just a possibility.
